This month Mrs. Berngen and Ms. Bryar's room started using daily yoga to incorporate stretch breaks throughout the day. We are learning a lot of new poses!

We also have started Cosmic Kids Yoga on Fridays to utilize technology and the ability to give a model for each pose.

- The Crescent Moon Pose because the days are getting shorter.
- The Tree Pose because the tree leaves change color
- Warrior III Pose because the birds fly south for warmer weather
- Chair Pose because farmers harvest their crops before the frost.
