This month's board honors March's most famous holiday and also reminds Andrew CD students to follow Andrew High School's motto Be Bold, Be Gold! CD Students helped Ms. De Biasio create this month's board and it truly was a CD team effort! Great job everyone, it looks great!
The next scheduled movie will be on Saturday, March 14 at 10:00 am at Marcus Theater in Orland Park. The movie is Cinderella with a short 7 minute film before Cinderella called Frozen Fever. It is the same characters from the movie Frozen, that should start promptly at 10:00 am. If you plan on attending please email Pam Lorenz at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Thursday March, 12.
We do have a sponsor for this movie - Irene and Tom Costello from the Twin Hearts Autism Foundation. Their website is www.twinhearts.org. They will be paying for everyone's ticket for Cinderella! Please make sure you look for Irene and thank her for their generosity. She will be there at 9:30. When you walk in you do not have to go to the ticket counter, go directly to the person who rips the tickets and tell them you are there for the special needs movie.
The Andrew CD Program will be taking a community outing field trip to CVS on March 13. This outing is to help CD students understand the rules and expectations on the bus. This is also a great way for students to learn how to budget and use their money to purchase things they need at a store. Important life skills such as these are a major focus in the CD Program
