February included a lot of great things to do with our friends like exchange Valentines, play games with our friends in advisory, enjoy Spirit Week, and attend a movie!
Valentine's Day is a professed favorite for some of our students. After all, who doesn't enjoy celebrations that include telling our friends and family how much we like them and exchanging treats! C11 practiced using kind words with one another, giving one another compliments (as well as compliments about our families!), played games, decorated our windows, and gave one another valentines, thanking our friends for the gifts!

February also includes Spirit Week for Central Middle School. Many of us took the opportunity to dress up and to tell our friends and staff how much we liked their special outfits! We wore leis, Mardi Gras beads, pajamas, dressed up like it was the 90's (Or the 80's! Or even the 60's!), and some of us even had costumes of our favorite characters like Sonic the Hedgehog, a ninja, or a pirate monster! We also got to learn about our special topics, too, because it's fun learning about things that are interesting.
To finish off February, we went out to lunch with our friends from Fulton Elementary, and then we went to Emagine Movie Theater to see a movie. We enjoyed hanging out by the fire and speculating about the "ghost piano," and then had a theater all to ourselves with fresh popcorn. We had a great time!
