​The Cook County Sheriff's Office has a Wandering Aversion Training and Response program geared to help prevent wandering and mitigate the risks when or if it occurs. This program is geared towards families of individuals with developmental disabilities or autism as well as for seniors with dementia.

Cosley Zoo is Certified Sensory Inclusive

​KultureCity has partnered with Cosley Zoo to make the zoo and all of its programs and events sensory inclusive. This initiative promotes an accommodating and positive experience for all guests with sensory issues that visit the zoo.
