Lots of treats but not too may tricks. We had a fun time hanging out with friends, dancing to halloween music, pinning the mouth on the skeleton, and explored various "spooky" texture (e.g. intestines (cold cooked spaghetti), eyeballs (peeled grapes)).
165 is learning how germs work and what you can do to protect yourself. Germs are so small and sneaky that they creep into our bodies without being noticed. In fact, germs are so tiny that you need to use a microscope to see them. When they get in our bodies, we don't know what hit us until we have symptoms that say we've been attacked! We had a fun lesson exploring dirt to provide the students with visuals on how easily germs can spread. We focused on good personal hygiene and the importance of adequate hand washing to keep germs away! Our school year started out with a bang! We are proud to be part of the T-Bolt family here at Andrew High School! Welcome back CD 165!
